Who we are
Reborn is operated by Su Hao as a sole proprietor and may be presented under the service brand Hommy港 ("we", "us", or "our"). For privacy questions, contact [email protected].
Information we collect
- Account information: an email address, locale, and a password hash when you link an account. We never store your plaintext password.
- Game data: cloud saves, progression, generated characters, inventory, achievements, and account preferences.
- Purchase records: product, provider, transaction reference, status, and credited in-game currency. App marketplace and payment providers process payment credentials; we do not receive your full card number.
- Technical and event data: device or installation identifiers, IP address, user-agent, acquisition attribution, and gameplay events used for security, troubleshooting, analytics, and abuse prevention.
How we use information
We use this information to provide the game and cloud saves, restore accounts, deliver purchases, prevent fraud and abuse, measure reliability, answer support requests, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers and sharing
We share the minimum information needed with hosting, email, analytics, image-generation, and payment providers that process data on our behalf. App marketplace providers may provide purchase receipts for verification. Providers must protect the data and may use it only for the contracted service.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and game data while your account is active. You can request deletion through our account deletion page. We send a confirmation link to the account email; opening it signs you out and deletes or anonymizes personal data, except information that must be retained for fraud prevention, payment disputes, tax, or other legal requirements.
Children
Reborn is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child provided information, contact us so we can remove it.
Changes
We may update this policy when the game or applicable law changes. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
