Terms of Service
1. Operator and scope
These Terms of Service govern your use of Reborn, including Villain Reborn: Three Kingdoms Harem, its website, game account, digital content, and related support services. The service is operated by Su Hao as a sole proprietor and may be presented under the service brand Hommy港. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
2. Eligibility and account
Reborn is intended for users aged 16 or older. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and all activity performed through your account. Do not share your password or use another person's account.
3. Digital content and purchases
Reborn sells digital game content, such as diamonds, passes, and other in-game benefits. Product descriptions, prices, currency, and delivery conditions are shown before you confirm a purchase. Payment credentials are handled by the selected payment provider; we do not receive your full card number.
After a successful payment is confirmed, digital content is delivered electronically to the designated game account. Delivery may be delayed by provider processing, service maintenance, or technical issues. A purchase is not complete until the payment provider reports a successful status.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Because digital content may be delivered immediately, cancellation or refund requests are generally not accepted after delivery. This does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Contact [email protected] promptly if you were charged twice or paid successfully but did not receive the content. We will investigate and respond in accordance with applicable law and the payment provider's procedures.
5. Acceptable use
You must not cheat, exploit bugs, reverse engineer the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, abuse payment systems, resell game content, or use the service for unlawful or harmful activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in these activities and may withhold affected benefits where permitted by law.
6. Intellectual property
The game, software, artwork, characters, text, trademarks, and other service materials belong to the operator or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the service for its intended purpose. No ownership of the service or its content is transferred to you.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, including digital content, for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. We may revise these Terms when the service or applicable law changes. The effective date above indicates the latest revision.
